Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be received to our office within 15 days of receiving your order. Any items received to our office that do not fall within our return policy will be sent back to you to you at your own cost.
Please choose your shipping method accordingly. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.
Once Violet Muse has been received your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it may take a few business days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement. Damaged or Defective Goods: At Violet Muse, we are committed to selling only first-quality clothing and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email us at info@violetmuse.com within 3 days of receiving the order, to be eligible for a refund.
